There have been updates made to the ‘Harvard Van’ application regarding the use of the evening van. If you are eligible for Daytime Van, you currently receive priority on Evening Van and receive door to door service during the Evening Van hours. This function is currently active and available for all eligible users.

To continue to use this priority, please make sure you select the ‘new’ Evening Van – Accessible, option when switching between service hours. No aspect of the service is changing, just how you book!

Please contact <shuttle@harvard.edu> or call 617-495-0400 for any assistance.
