The new Bicycle Roadside Assistance program supports Harvard bike commuters with roadside assistance if an emergency arises.

- Text your full name and HUID # to (857) 847-6366
- A NEMO mechanic will reply and coordinate the repair

This service is available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7 p.m. It is free of charge for qualified services.
