#  Changes to the Parcel Receiving Process for River House Residents - Move-In 2025

Please review the updates regarding changes in the parcel-receiving process for house residents during the 2025 move-in period below.



 

 

 

##  Changes to the package receiving process for River Houses 

From August 18 through September 16, **Olympia Moving and Storage** will receive all parcels for the following Houses at satellite locations:

- Adams
- Eliot
- Dunster
- Kirkland
- Leverett
- Lowell
- Mather
- Quincy
- Winthrop

Students can pick up their packages once they receive an email at the following locations:

### Winthrop House Junior Common Room 

- Winthrop Mail Center – 32 Mill St.
- Kirkland Mail Center – 95 Dunster St.
- Lowell Mail Center – 10 Holyoke Pl.
- Quincy Mail Center – 58 Plympton St.

### Mather House Junior Common Room 

- Mather Mail Center – 10 Cowperthwaite St.
- Dunster Mail Center – 945 Memorial Dr.
- Leverett Mail Center – 28 DeWolfe St.

### Adams House Art Room – Randolph Hall

- Adams Mail Center – 26 Plympton St.
- Eliot Mail Center – 101 Dunster St.

##  Residents of Cabot, Currier & Pforzheimer 

Residents of the following Houses will have the same experience as in previous years:

- Cabot
- Currier
- Pforzheimer

Beginning on August 18, 2025, Harvard University Mail and Distribution Services (HUMS) will receive all parcels for residents of these Houses in the Gilbert Living Room on the first floor of Currier House. Residents will receive an email alerting them when a parcel is ready for pickup.

All inquiries for these three Houses can be directed to <HUMS@harvard.edu> or (617) 496-6245. House residents can also track the status of a parcel at <https://www.hums.harvard.edu/package-tracking>.

**Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, 8/31/25.**

**Closed on Labor Day, Monday, 9/1/25.**

**\*Parcels for incoming students in the Houses should not arrive before 8/18/25.**

**\*Refrigeration for perishable parcels is limited in HUMS facilities. Please do not send perishable items during this time period.**
