# Weekly & Monthly Parking ## expand\_more Harvard University offers temporary weekly and monthly parking permits in select locations in Cambridge and Allston for Harvard affilliates, contractors, vendors, tenants, and guests. Please note that parking availability is subject to change. During certain events, you might be directed to an adjacent facility. ## Purchase weekly & monthly parking 1. Log into the parking portal at [vpermit.com/harvard](https://vpermit.com/harvard) 2. Navigate to "My Temporary Pass" in the menu and click "+ New Temporary Pass" 3. Select your preferred temporary pass and location in the drop-down menu, and enter the permit start date 4. Enter your license plate number (this is your credential to access the facility) 5. After reviewing your details, please follow the prompts to complete your purchase **Important Information:** - **Vehicle Access & License Plates:** You must enter your license plate number for direct vehicle access. If your plate doesn't match or you are driving a loaner vehicle, you can use the provided QR code to enter instead. You are allowed a maximum of one vehicle license plate. - **Pass Duration:** Weekly passes are valid for seven days from your selected start date. Monthly passes are valid for four weeks (30 days) from your selected start date.
