BlueBikes

Use Bluebikes to travel across the Boston area on shared bikes and e-bikes. Bikes can be returned to any of the hundreds of stations across the network including the 14 supported by Harvard. 

As of July 1, 2026 due to changes in the municipal contracts with the Bluebikes service operator Lyft, there is no longer a university discount available. 

Benefits eligible faculty, staff and graduate student workers can continue to receive reimbursement for Bluebikes memberships through the Bicycle Commuter Benefit Program. Details here.
