Annual Parking
Parking facilities constitute a shared University resource that is accessible to faculty, staff, and students. This safe and convenient resource serves the University's mission of teaching and research. Faculty, staff, students, tenants, contractors, and University vehicles have access to annual parking permits in Cambridge and Allston. Parking availability is subject to change. During certain events, you might be directed to an adjacent facility. Annual permits are prorated by the full month.

Payment Options
Annual parking permits are valid from July 1 through June 30, and can be paid for in any of the following ways:
- Payroll Deduction - Faculty and staff, on the regular University payroll, are eligible for payroll deduction of parking fees. Annual parking fees are divided evenly and deducted during pay periods prorated based on your date of purchase through June. Permits paid via payroll deduction receive an additional 30-35% in pre-tax savings.
- Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Credit card payments can be made online or in person, and your annual parking fee is prorated by your date of purchase.
- Student Term Bill – The annual parking fee is prorated from your date of purchase and will be transferred to your student account.
