The 2026 Bike Benefit is Live!
You can now start submitting your bicycle benefit receipts for 2026 through January 31, 2027! Applications will be reviewed, and reimbursements will be distributed in the spring of 2027.
If you haven't signed up yet but need to submit reimbursements for this year:
You can enroll or log in to Jawnt here, then follow the same reimbursement steps below.
How to submit for reimbursement:
- Pay for your eligible bike commuting expense yourself (personal card or cash)
- Log in to Jawnt and go to Passes, then Bike Benefit
- Click Bike Reimbursement, then Submit New
- Fill out the fields and submit a receipt showing the merchant name, item or service, date of purchase, and amount paid
- Submit a new receipt for each transaction
The bike benefit covers bike purchases (new, used, or e-bike), maintenance and accessories, parking and storage, safety gear, and Bluebikes memberships. More information can be found here.
If you have already signed up for the Jawnt Pass bike benefit:
If you used the temporarily available Jawnt Pass debit card, the amount you spent will count toward your 2026 reimbursement benefit.
If you're eligible for transit or parking, those benefits aren't affected, and you can switch your election at any time by editing your enrollment in Jawnt Pass. Please visit the Harvard Commuter Benefit Enrollment Guide to learn more and bookmark the guide for easy access to commute calculators, frequently asked questions, and enrollment instructions.
