Powerflex Charger

Transportation Services has installed dynamic level 2 EV chargers at the 52 Oxford St garage as we continue to support EV adoption across campus despite limited electrical capacity. These Powerflex chargers require an active 52 Oxford St ECS permit and users must use the Powerflex app to reserve a charger and indicate charging preferences.  5-Day ECS (Electric Vehicle Charging) permits can be requested at the Campus Service Center. 

The ECS program is designed to provide access and equity for those who need stations the most – i.e., those who need a supplemental charge to have enough range to return home. Click here for full program details. 

For 52 Oxford chargers the following additional policies are in place: 

• Chargers are available on a first come first served basis.
• Vehicles should only be parked at chargers while actively charging. 
• Vehicles parked at a campus charger without an active charge for 2 or more hours are in violation of university policy. 

This is a pilot project and as such we reserve the right to modify the program to maximize the number of users able to share this resource.
