Evening Commuter Permits
Evening Commuter permits allow parking in non-assigned spaces valid in the permit’s designated location only from 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. Hours of parking on this permit are strictly enforced, and violators are subject to ticketing, towing, and revocation of parking privileges.
Permit holders may also park from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. on weekends and University holidays, in the permit’s designated location only.
Daytime Parking: If you need to park on campus outside of Evening Commuter permit hours, you must purchase daily or hourly parking to cover the difference. Evening Commuter permits do not authorize weekday daytime parking.
In addition, the following basic policies apply to all who park on Harvard property:
- Parking regulations prevail at all times, including nights, weekends, and holidays;
- All vehicles must have a license plate and a valid registration sticker, or risk being considered abandoned and removed from University property.
