Advertising Opportunities with Harvard Shuttles
Harvard Shuttles offers a unique platform for promoting university-sponsored events and campaigns. Our shuttle service, which connects various parts of the Harvard campus and surrounding areas, reaches a diverse and engaged audience of students, faculty, staff, and visitors, completing over 540,000 trips annually.
How to display your marketing materials
To showcase your university-sponsored event or campaign on Harvard Shuttles, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit your request
- Contact shuttle@harvard.edu at least two weeks before the event or campaign start date with details about your university-sponsored event or campaign. Include the dates you wish to display your materials.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be reviewed. Approval will depend on the shuttles' available space.
Step 2: Poster specifications
- Posters must be in an 11-inches by 17-inches, horizontal format and on cardstock paper
- The frames overlap about 1/4 inch around the border
Step 3: Print and delivery
There are two options for poster preparation:
- The university-sponsored group may print the posters (~25-30) and deliver them to or interoffice mail them to Rachel Shipp at Harvard Transit and Fleet Services (28 Travis Street, Allston); or
- Send a digital PDF file to shuttle@harvard.edu. HUMS can print the posters for a surcharge of $1 per poster + fees. A 33-digit billing code is required.
